HOW LOVELY !!!!!!! I forgot to bookmark him though, so I've no clue who he is ..out of all the Dropsnap bloggers ! T^T It's a crisis.

This was back in time.. in May or so. A night out for my friend's birthday ! Finally used that deep purple lipstick shade. Mmhmm. And all the darkness + winter jacket worked fine, because Vancouver weather is never what you think it should be. Though it was May, it was easily a November day. The other day, my friend, Bianca, and I went to Vancouver's first Cupcake Challenge and tasted TOO MANY cupcakes for judging. It was a swell and sweet experience that literally left a sweet taste in our mouths ! We had to hit up JJBean for some coffee later on. However.. those pictures are not uploaded yet !! So wait for them in a short while ~~ For now, enjoy my.. erm. exceptional meat cooking skills. LOL.

I learn new things everyday. 1) Did you know that Jack White has nine older siblings !? Yes. So he is the 10th and the last one in his family. I find that quite mind boggling. 2) Jack White is obsessed with the number THREE - 3. His Stripes colours, red, black, and white, are a group of three. That's just an easy one. His whole life revolves around three. Read the AnOther Man interview and you'll see how special this one is. Did you know that Jack White is a devout Catholic and he knew that he grew up always wanting to be PASTOR !?!???!?! HUUUUHHHHHHH !???!?! Well. Thank the Lord that he did not become a pastor but indeed a revolutionary. Apparently, religious people touch all subjects in a more deeper manner. I guess that's why his music is haunting and powerful all the time. Oh, and with Meg White being all good and Jack feeling the mood, another Stripes album is well on its way ! YAY !! Other than The White Stripes, though, Jack's busy with The Raconteurs and The Dead Weather, and also getting his producing firm moving. He is a busy man with a brain and body that follows it. He gets albums recorded in days and then surges on in his own meteor-speed pace. 3) Finally, Jack White claims that Meg White is his sister, but that's totally a lie. Divorce papers hit the world back in 2002. His current wife (and probably also the lead singer of the band he is producing at the moment) is Karen Elson !! And below us is a wonderful editorial with both of them.

I think my boys chart has changed a bit since the last time I ranked them all. Certainly back in Grade 12 when I did have an actual HOTTEST MAN IN THE WORLD LIST.. The Great Alexander Wang did not exist on it. But now. Obvs he does. He's too cool. Cool meaning. He has his own pace. He influences others, basically has like a cult following from all IT-girls (I mean which girl ain't !?), is down-to-earth, thinks business, and finally.. Alex is an optimist. He goes all out and never slows down. He knows his future and I think he is just walking the smoothly paved yellow brick road that is turning into gold in a matter of time. Good things are to be shared in the world. Let's have our eyes do a little bit of sweet tasting. The recent Alex Wang.. shots from various places, but mostly from the CFDA Awards. He won one ! DUH !!

It was a wonderful day in May when I went out on a family yamchai (Chinese brunch) extravaganza. YAY !! One of the things I absolutely love is.. DIM SUM !! And that is what we officially pigged out on. We went to Garden City Hot Pot in Richmond.. They have great tea where for the sake of its greatness.. a lot of effort and work have to be sacrificed. It's like you brew it yourself in your own traditional method of tea cup thing.. Anyhow ! The last few weeks of Vancouver weather has been terrible (except for today being SUPER SUNNY !!) but the weeks in May were better in weather. And these sort of old pictures totally prove that !!
